• (Consumer): The person who engages in e-commerce with the store to obtain products or services.

Article 2 - Consumer Legal Capacity The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity, according to Sharia law and applicable regulations, to engage with the store or that they are at least eighteen years old. The consumer agrees that if they violate this article, they will bear the consequences of such violation.

Article 3 - Nature of Obligation The store's obligation to consumers is to provide the (service or product) as requested. The store may offer additional services, such as after-sales support, depending on the nature of the product.

Article 4 - Usage Guidelines The consumer is obliged to use the store's online platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 - Account and Registration Obligations When applying for membership on this store, you agree to:

Article 11 - Restriction of Access The store may suspend or cancel a consumer’s membership at any time without prior notice for any reason.

Article 12 - Governing Law This Terms of Use Agreement is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
